Dr. Jessie Baum is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in behavioral medicine, anxiety, and life stressors. She has extensive experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns, including generalized anxiety, depression, stress reduction, life transitions, and relationship issues. Dr. Baum’s approach is person-centered, evidence-based, and culturally-sensitive. Her approach integrates CBT, mindfulness, and values-based interventions to help patients learn effective tools to increase connection, meaning, and empowerment in their lives.
Dr. Baum enjoys working with adults and currently sees patients in San Francisco.
Dr. Baum completed her post-doctoral fellowship at the San Francisco VA Health Care System and her pre-doctoral internship at the Phoenix VA Health Care System. Dr. Baum obtained her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Scripps College.
