About
“If I asked you to name all the things you love, how long would it take for you to say yourself?” – Anonymous. I know finding the right fit with a therapist can be exhausting, and I commend you for recognizing you deserve a space to process your life experiences. You are worthy of feeling accepted, valued, and safe. I am passionate about creating that environment for you. I work with you to find ways to utilize your strengths, and when you feel you are ready, I will encourage you to let go of previous coping strategies that may no longer be serving you.
I work with individuals (ages 14–65+) and families, and specialize in helping others that are struggling with life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem/body image, and addiction. I want to give individuals and families a space to tell their story without the fear of feeling judged or pathologized.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I will always be curious and attentive to what you feel you need to heal. One of my biggest goals when working with individuals is to help them feel empowered, confident, and unapologetically authentic in their everyday lives. I will be intentional in my work with you so that we can find ways to make that happen.
