Process Group (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
In person, transdiagnostic process group based in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Group is intended for adults struggling with a full range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, familial, social, occupational stressors, trauma and associated conditions. Group intervention will include therapeutic processing and consciousness raising, psychoeducation, skill building, and experiential activities. All individuals interested in group will participate in separate, initial consultations prior to first session to assess for individual needs. Participants are asked to commit to 6 sessions. Cost of group is $75 per session.
