Sometimes life gets so heavy that it can feel like we are drowning. Whether it is from trauma, grief, the stress of raising a family, or simply a hard stage of life, I am here for my clients through both the brightest and the darkest days. With a license in counseling and experience working with children and adults alike, I try to use both creative and practical means of working with my clients, focusing on making a safe place to work and process in a way that is unique to each individual I speak with.
I am licensed in the great state of Texas with 7 years of professional counseling experience. I have worked with clients of all ages with trauma and abuse, stress and anxiety, and those coping with grief and loss. I also have a passion for working with and supporting parents throughout their journey of connecting and loving on their children.
