About
Hi there, I am a licensed MFT and have extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression and PTSD as well as working with issues of self-esteem, life transitions, relationship difficulties and grief. I aim to be an authentic, warm, collaborative, non-judgmental therapist and to meet you wherever you're at. I work with individuals and couples who want a safe place to explore the depth of their difficulties, reform negative thinking and behavioral patterns and learn effective coping strategies.
I utilize an attachment lens and tailor my therapeutic approach based on your needs and personal strengths. I integrate evidence-based interventions, teach practical skills and utilize art/creativity when possible. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and am nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for teens.
Life is unpredictable and inevitably challenging. My goal as a clinician is to support you in self-exploration, making meaning and building resiliency while equipping you with tools to thrive. We are not meant to suffer in solitude- it is always an honor to come alongside my clients to help them reach their treatment goals and live meaningful lives.
