I work with children, teens, adults, and couples who are struggling with trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll explore not only what’s happening now, but also the root causes that keep old cycles repeating. Let's move beyond “talking".
My specialty is you. I work with the individual providing what they need to grow and heal. I provide therapy services in person and virtually, early morning and after hours are available as well. I treat all people ages 5+up. I love using guided mediations and somatic relief. I work with income and am accepting new clients.
