I am here to help women and families including children & teens from diverse backgrounds through outpatient therapy services. I work with girls ages 4 and up and boys ages 4-10. I enjoy helping individuals and families regain peace, order, and fulfillment in their relationships and in other areas of their lives. I am here to help bring healing and restoration to your mental and emotional health. I aim to equip and empower my clients to overcome challenges, experience inner healing, and to ultimately succeed in life. I am Trauma-informed and NATC certified to safely empower my clients to move beyond healing to thriving and soaring!
I provide hope to my community and surrounding areas using a variety of therapy models and techniques determined by each person’s needs and treatment goals. Faith-based (Christian) counseling, Solutions focused brief therapy, CBT, and attachment parenting are some approaches I utilize to help my clients establish life changes and healthy relationships.
