Hello, my name is Jessica Wiley and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. My mission is to help individuals get through the hard times and learn to build healthy relationships, let go of the past, be positive, grow a closer relationship with God, and manage stress and anxiety. I work with children 6 and up, teens, and individual adults. I strive to create acceptance and understanding in my therapeutic office no matter how you identify. I utilize Person-Centered, CBT, Realism, and Mindfulness just to name a few.
I usually work with Children, teens, and individual adults who suffer from stress from everyday life, Transition from teen to adulthood, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. I do have experience with clients who deal with Trauma, ADHD, and depression (as long as they are on medication management).
I create a very open and calm environment to allow my clients the comfortability to open up at their own pace. I meet my clients where they are. The first session we will spend getting to know each other. I will be assessing your needs and what things we could focus on so we can develop goals in the next session.
