Starting or returning to therapy can be overwhelming. With this in mind, I work collaboratively with clients to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship that allows for clients to explore their emotions, build self-awareness, and heal at their own pace. I specialize in working with PTSD and relational trauma (childhood abuse/ neglect, sexual abuse/assault), sexual/gender identity, and grief/loss.

I provide integrative treatment drawing from trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My post-graduate professional training includes studying the impact of psychological trauma and multiple therapeutic approaches for treating and processing trauma.
