We all face moments when sadness, fear, or self-doubt make it hard to feel capable or confident. Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people as they navigate challenges with communication, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationships, addiction, and the impacts of trauma. People often describe me as down to earth and personable, yet also willing to gently challenge them to stay true to themselves. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where individuals can explore their experiences, build self acceptance, and work toward their goals.
I am Level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. My goal is to offer you a space to be your authentic self while providing tools to build confidence and balance.
My biggest inspiration in life is the strength of the human spirit. Good therapy gives us a space where we can safely talk about our hopes and fears while we lay down a strong foundation from which to build our dreams.
