Using a tailored combination of "parts work", EMDR, neurofeedback and Deep Brain Reorienting, we work to target three levels in our trauma reprocessing - thoughts, feelings and body- for true healing of wounds. These approaches bring a greater depth to therapy, allowing you to feel calmer and more consistently emotionally regulated.
