I partner with each client, seeking to connect with that inner guide through the healing journey. My approach is one that is guided by the fundamental idea that you have all that you need, and I am here to help you connect with those parts of yourself again! Through our time in therapy, my goal is to have created a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood, not only by me, but also by you!
The tools that I use in our time together have been shaped throughout my career. I have been developing my approach through 9 years of education, supervision, and practice combined. My clients are diverse and it has been a privilege to walk with each one through their own story.
