Your future depends on what you do in the present. No one knows you, better than you, so I will work with you to develop your therapy goals. Together, we will identify patterns of thinking and feeling that may keep you stuck. Therapy can help to improve your confidence, communication, and emotional regulation. I specialize in anxiety, attachment, and adoption (Adoption-Competent Therapist) with a strong background in trauma. I work comfortably with teens, adults, and couples. I use a client-centered approach in therapy that utilizes a variety of techniques. I am an experienced Accelerated Resolution Therapist.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups since 2013. When I'm not serving clients in private practice, I serve as an Adjunct Professor for the School of Social Work at the USF and a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Clinical Social Worker Interns.
