I am an Art Therapist passionate in supporting all ages. From a client-directed, strength-based approach, I believe counseling is a collaborative experience. To support your therapeutic journey I utilize mindfulness based practices, transpersonal and creative tools to enhance the process. I also use CBT, IFS, somatic and neurobiological approaches. It is my honor to assist in processing difficult emotional states and integrating sustainable and empowering tools to utilize in your life. Creative expression can elicit a variety of emotions and experiences. By engaging with art materials, and reflecting on the artwork, new meaning and insight may be uncovered. In art making and play we can reclaim joyous parts of ourself and re-connect to our own innate wisdom. I am especially passionate about supporting you in your own unique expression.
