Hi! I'm Jessica. I have been a Clinical Mental Health Counselor since 2014, and since then I have collected a wide range of clinical experiences both in pediatric and adult mental health treatment. I completed my Doctoral degree in 2023 in Counselor Education and Supervision and teach full time at a local university. Wondering what that "RPT" behind my name means? It stands for Registered Play Therapist. The importance of play, connection, and engagement in learning and retaining new information is at the core of how I work.
I provide counseling services in-office and virtually for clients 8+ years old. I utilize primarily Client-Centered and Solution-Focused therapeutic approaches. Using these modalities, we lean into what's worked in the past, how we can tap into your personal strengths and resources, and find momentum to move towards resolution and feeling better.
I have a long history of successful work with a broad range of people: from kids to parents, couples to families, and students to professionals.
