Teen IOP
This 8-week, trauma-informed and evidence-based program is designed to support youth ages 12–18 as they build essential coping skills, process life challenges, and engage in meaningful healing using a DBT framework. We also incorporate family involvement and can provide additional individual and family support as needed.
