Hello! I am a Couples and Family Therapist committed to helping my clients make changes in their lives that will lead to a sense of positivity, empowerment and the ability to move forward in areas where they might feel currently "stuck". I help my clients achieve this through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Family Systems Therapy, meaning I will help you examine what is going on and help you on your path towards making daily thinking and behavior changes that will bring improvements to your life.
My specialty is working with teens, people in their twenties and couples/family work. However, I enjoy working with ages 10 through late adulthood as well. I can work with individuals, couples or family groups. I have helped many clients with their anxiety, depression, and family issues.
