My thought is we have everything we need as humans within ourselves we just have to figure out what we need. I use humor and warmth to support clients explore themselves and experiences in order to gain insight and healing.
I am here to help build safety within yourself and your relationships throughout all stages of the process. My focus is on individuals 14-99 through all of their life stages. I specialize in EMDR, DBT and Ketamine Assisted therapy.
