I offer holistic counseling to process life changes and losses, somatic coaching for nervous system regulation, trauma therapy to reprocess the past, and ecotherapy to connect to the wider world. I draw from acceptance & commitment therapy, somatic experiencing, polyvagal theory, parts work, attachment-focused EMDR, ecotherapy, yoga, & mindfulness practices.
I try to bring compassion and humor to every session so clients can feel comforted and supported in accessing their vulnerability. I see myself as a human first and a therapist second and feel gratitude to be a witness to the work clients do.
