Welcome, I’m Jessica Cervantes, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist 133928, and I’ve worked and lived in the Central Valley for most of my career providing in-person and virtual therapy services to individuals and families. Within the safety of therapy, we can recreate what was neglected and empower you to fulfill your own needs with both your internal strengths and external supports. I believe your being is where potential and change exist. I offer trust and unconditional compassion so that the relationship we create in therapy can help you access greater self-awareness toward finding purpose, meaning, and gratitude.
I’m grateful for my experience working with both adults and their families who are struggling with life transitions, Anxiety, Depression, co-occurring substance use issues, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma-Related Disorders, and Psychosis. I work with blended families, single parents, and families with multigenerational complexes.
I identify as an ally within the LGBTQIA community and have worked with individuals questioning and/or exploring areas of sex and gender-related issues. I’m committed to social justice and incorporate issues of race, class, and sex as part of the process toward healing.
