I specialize in goal-oriented therapy for adults struggling with anxiety and low self-esteem. My goal is to help you understand yourself better so you can become more confident in your ability to handle anything that life throws at you.
I can help you take control of your life by helping you explore what's been holding you back from achieving your goals. In each session, we will come up with one small thing you can start doing differently between now and the next time we meet.
Finding a therapist you actually connect with can be incredibly challenging, which is why I offer free 30-minute consultations. That way you can meet me, either in person or virtually, to get a feel for me and my personality to see if I'm someone you feel comfortable talking to and working with as a therapist.
