Please note I am out of the office 8/16-9/1/2024. My approach is holistic and humanistic in nature, meeting you where you're at and building a trusting relationship so that we can do powerful work together. My client focus is adults 18+ who wish to explore and heal from complex trauma; individuals working through a major life stressor such as family dynamic issues, relationship changes, college/career transition; and those drawn to self-discovery, self-growth and self-potential. I am here to support you in on your path. I listen compassionately and offer skills and techniques that cultivate exploration, discovery, and healing.
I employ a trauma-informed and humanistic approach, taking into account all parts of your life and what contributes to your unique self. I am collaborative and action oriented. I utilize techniques from CBT, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic therapy, and Somatic Therapies including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi, and Ecotherapy.
I see clients virtually offer in-person outdoor sessions in Coupeville on Whidbey Island.
