My straightforward approach allows me to present in an honest way so I can encourage others to do the same in their journeys. I focus on recognizing patterns of behaviors, then working to understand and alter those perceptions and behaviors to allow for healthy connections and growth. While recognizing the influences that family and community have on overall well-being and happiness.

With a master’s degree from the University of Denver, I have been working in the Child Welfare System for the past seven years. Specializing in family and trauma services has equipped me with the ability to see life challenges in a multi-dimensional approach, and serve individuals in crisis situations to relationship challenges.

While meeting individuals where they are to achieve progression. These experiences with individuals from all walks of life have also equipped me with understanding, empathy, and the skill set to offer a safe space to grow.
