I am currently taking new clients! I work with individuals, couples & families. Difficulty coping with feelings of anxiety, depression, mood/personality disorders, stress, or interpersonal challenges? While working together we can use techniques to help achieve a greater insight and work through these challenges. My experience includes working with a variety of techniques that include, cognitive behavioral, exposure response prevention, and mindfulness based orientation. I am currently being trained in virtual reality therapy. I have speciality training in ERP for OCD.
It is important I develop a clinical understanding of one’s experiences and challenges in working towards one's treatment goals. By guiding my clients, I help them to develop cognitive skills and behavioral changes to have greater self understanding. These factors contribute to successful therapy sessions. I am available in person, virtual and by phone.
I supply insurance reimbursable receipts to refund you directly. Check with your insurance to ensure you are covered. If you are not covered with reimbursements we can offer you a sliding scale form to fill out to determine the rate. My training and experiences were completed in Syracuse, NY, Binghamton, NY and New York, NY.
