About
An ideal client would be someone who might struggle with either anxiety, depression, or substance abuse. Their needs and goals would be to improve their self esteem and learn how to cope with the symptoms of their mental health disorder(s). They want to be able to work on themselves with the support and guidance of a therapist until they can do it on their own and live a happier fulfilling life.
I specialize in addiction counseling and mental health. I have a calm and welcoming demeanor and the ability to build a strong rapport with clients which helps motivate them to work towards their goals.
