I am a trauma-informed therapist who provides a warm and compassionate space to process difficult emotions and improve one's quality of life. While I can support individuals with a a variety of mental health concerns, my specific focus is on bereavement and loss, caregiving, and coping with ambiguous types of grief. I also enjoy working with individuals who are navigating major transitions, such as moving, life adjustment for post-graduates or career changers, and challenges related to identity development. I welcome you to reach out if any of these concerns speak to you.
My therapy style is holistic, considering each client as a multifaceted individual. I use an exploratory approach to facilitate deeper healing by focusing on the root of anxiety, depression, and other mental health struggles.
Whether you are new to therapy or restarting and looking for a new therapist, I understand that transitions are difficult and being vulnerable can take courage. I offer space where you can feel safe and supported during this transition. Everyone has the opportunity for growth and we all have the potential to live meaningful, happy lives if we let ourselves.
