For over 20 years, I have worked extensively with families that are coping with parenting challenges, communication breakdowns, defiance, & life transitions. I am committed to supporting caregivers, children, & teens by providing strategic tools for managing complex behaviors & improving family interactions. Whether it’s navigating a divorce, supporting a child struggling with anxiety, or exploring emotion regulation techniques, together we will find the solutions needed to move forward with confidence. My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace
My approach is warm, empathetic, and strength-based. Drawing from a combination of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems work, and person-centered therapy, I help people learn new strategies to use when faced with difficult emotions and behaviors. I continually ask for feedback from my clients.
Therapy is a space for growth, healing, and discovery—and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Whether you’re facing a current crisis, struggling with family dynamics, or simply looking for support in everyday life, I’m here to help. If you’re ready to take the next step towards healing, let’s connect and see how we can work together.

ADHD, anxiety, mild autism, depression, and oppositional behaviors are the main issues that I'm addressing with my current clients. Family therapy often consists of an individual session with the child followed by a family meeting to share strategies and techniques. It is important to make sure the parents feel equipped to support their child after the session.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques with my clients and we continually assess for progress. Each child and family is unique, so it is important to find the most effective approach. While some families need longer, more intensive family therapy, others prefer brief, solution-focused parent coaching or consulting. Flexibility is key, as no two families are identical.
