Welcome I am Jessica Thomas, a dedicated psychotherapist specializing in women’s health. My practice focuses on supporting women through various life stages and challenges, including fertility issues, perinatal concerns, depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, and life transitions. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and change negative thought patterns, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to enhance your ability to manage stress, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma recovery.
Additionally, I incorporate elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to improve emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. In addition to my professional work, I am passionate about nature and staying active. I believe in the healing power of the outdoors and the importance of physical well-being in mental health.
