Welcome! I am Jessica Thomas, a dedicated psychotherapist specializing in women’s health. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and change negative thought patterns, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to enhance your ability to manage stress, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma recovery.
In addition to my professional work, I am passionate about nature and staying active. I believe in the healing power of the outdoors and the importance of physical well-being in mental health.
