I have seven years of post-graduate experience and spent several years working in the mental health field while completing my graduate education. Those experiences have allowed me to work with people from many different backgrounds and at many stages of life.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative process. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, challenges, and goals together.
I use talk therapy as the foundation of my work, while also incorporating creative approaches such as art, drama, mindfulness, or meditation when they fit your needs and interests.
