My approach is trauma-informed, and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a proven therapy method that helps individuals process traumatic memories and reduce the emotional charge they carry. I often integrate EMDR with other therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness/somatic practices.
