As a clinician, I strive to create a supportive and nurturing environment where clients feel truly heard and are encouraged to take hold of their own unique narratives. My approach includes a great deal of creative, artistic, and experiential exploration... but don’t worry! No artistic experience or ability is needed for this process!
In addition to creative modalities, my approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and narrative therapy, all through a client-centered, humanistic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive lens. This eclectic approach allows me to address the diverse needs of each individual.

Reconnecting to the Creative Self
Reconnect with your creative self! This in-person expressive arts group invites adults to explore creativity through drawing, collage, movement, sound, and playful improv. No art experience needed — just curiosity and openness. We’ll focus on process over product, experimentation over perfection, and having a little fun along the way. Come loosen up, try something new, and reconnect with parts of yourself that might be craving expression! Time commitment is every Sat from 10am-11am, Feb 21-May 2.
