Navigating the challenges of life can be incredibly demanding, and I wholeheartedly recognize the courage and vulnerability it takes to reach out for help. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of sitting with truly remarkable humans who come into my office and let down their guard to share their authentic emotions and experiences. It's remarkable that in the world outside my office, these individuals often seem to present with flawless life and to "have it all". Yet, in my office, they reveal the emotions they've felt compelled to conceal in their pursuit of seeming "enough."
As Ram Dass stated, "We are all just walking each other home," and it is a true privilege to be a part of someone's journey as they rediscover or discover for the first time who they truly are.
It has been an immense honor for me to sit with these extraordinary individuals, witnessing their personal growth and transformation as they begin to truly believe and feel that they are enough.
