I understand life can be challenging; my goal is to blend evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with creative interventions for improved mental and emotional health. If requested, I will integrate Christian faith into therapy sessions for clients. My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental to support clients toward true healing and growth.
