In addition, as someone who has successfully lost over 100 pounds, I am uniquely positioned to use both my personal experience and my training in mental health counseling to assist you in achieving your weight loss goals. Together we will explore how your excess weight has served you, and identify the steps you need to take to finally be able to release it.
I offer a unique approach that utilizes a combination of deep therapy in individual sessions plus more holistic offerings, such as guided meditation and grounding exercises. My goal is to address all aspects of your wellness; mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.
Therapy is a deeply personal experience, and it is imperative that you find the right fit.
