I support abuse survivors to develop self-compassion and explore issues related to childhood and relational trauma. Additionally, I offer targeted treatment for trauma related to car accidents and traumatic events.
I specialize in treating trauma using EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) therapy but also use a variety of other treatment methods that I integrate to ensure you get the best possible care. My work is gentle and often includes dealing with inner child issues, past trauma, and persistent negative self-talk. I use and teach mindfulness.
