What I have found most effective for my patients to gently and effectively release deeply embedded emotional feelings, traumatic memories, and painful emotional triggers is Image Transformation Therapy and EMDR Flash Technique. Painful traumatic memories do not have to be discussed in detail, minimizing re-traumatization and speeding healing.
