I have worked in a variety of areas in the mental health field, including college counseling, in-home family counseling, and outpatient counseling providing individual, family, and couples counseling. I am a direct and active therapist. I combine active listening and emotional validation with thought-provoking and, at times, challenging questions.
My passions include working with teens and adults with anxiety, depression, career issues, OCD, and relationship issues. My goal is to provide a space for you to feel comfortable being your true, authentic self, and help you explore changes for a happier present and future.
