As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor I have dedicated my career to providing empathic listening and dedication to those in their path of healing, growth and change. My therapy style is a blend of various techniques with a collaborative approach. It can also be described as warm, safe, interactive and person-centered. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I tailor to my client(s) needs and enjoy helping them achieve wellness, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals through the life span. I've worked with people from many backgrounds, life experiences and diverse communities.
