I also will help you become more present and mindful as you navigate life, improve your relationships and connect with your true and authentic self.
I will help you talk through and make sense of struggles or difficult situations. I will help you understand patterns of behavior learned in childhood. I will help you navigate relationships and communication. I will give you tools to deal with depression and anxiety. And I will be a sounding board and a resource for understanding yourself and your life.
