Becoming a parent is one of the hardest roles to take on. Many moms never expect to feel anxious or sad after giving birth and blame themselves for having those very real feelings. I have over 20+ years helping moms feel better about themselves, their role as caregiver and finding ways to feel happy and secure again.
I specialize in all areas of parenting and the anxiety and depression that can come with that role. From newborns up to teenagers, I help parents feel competent, assured and happy again.
