Sometimes we find ourselves in a place where we feel stuck or lost - wanting to change things, but not knowing how. Therapy can help. My therapeutic style is grounded in a strengths-based direct approach in the development of a secure, authentic, therapeutic and collaborative relationship between the client and therapist. I aim to create a safe space where you feel accepted and encouraged to explore and access your personal internal resources in order to heal and grow in meaningful ways.
I work with adults (18+) and specialize in trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. I use an integrative approach, drawing heavily from psychodynamic and relational treatment approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
