Hi, I'm Jessica. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado. I have a Masters Degree in Couples and Family therapy from the University of Colorado, Denver. For the past decade I have passionately worked with individuals & couples to create more fulfilling lives and relationships. I have helped clients identify their goals and create a realistic path to achieving their desired outcomes. I am committed to helping my clients function at their optimal level.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, grief, pregnancy/postpartum, infidelity, parent/child conflict, school/work related challenges, life/career coaching, relationship and communication difficulties in the family/couple systems. I am action oriented, strengths based and directive.
I use evidence based practices to help my couples reconnect, navigate the transitions of life and build a secure attachment to one another.
