I am passionate about helping people heal trauma, anxiety, shame, depression, or perfectionism related to feelings of inadequacy or worthlessness. I empower people to shed feelings of guilt or over-responsibility for others. I help people develop greater compassion within themselves, as well in marriage, parenting, and other relationships. Yes, it takes work to make changes, but I provide skills and a safe place to make and sustain those changes. Studies show when we live with more compassion, we have less anxiety, depression, and conflict. I love supporting people and couples on their journey to live with more compassion.
I specialize in couples, families, and individual work (13 and older) using Compassion-focused therapy and Integrative Couples Behavioral Therapy which are highly effective for change. In person sessions available in St. George, UT. Telehealth sessions available for individuals, couples, and families throughout TX & UT. I'm here to help!
