I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma or complex trauma, anxiety or overwhelm, relationship issues (with partners, friends, family, or at work), a major transition that’s stirred up old patterns, sensory sensitivities or executive functioning struggles. Many of my clients are high-achieving, deeply reflective, and often exhausted by cycles of burnout, shame, relational stress, or emotional dysregulation. Many may identify as neurodivergent. I offer affirming care for neurodivergent, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ clients.
I bring 10+ years experience as a licensed therapist. My role is to create a space where you can explore the patterns underneath the symptoms, especially the parts you’ve learned to mask or over-function through. I use a psychodynamic lens to understand deeper emotional and relational experiences, while integrating trauma-informed and practical tools.
My style is warm, playful, and direct. We'll move at your pace, honoring your story and nervous system. Before opening my private practice, I worked as a licensed social worker in school, medical, and sport-based settings. I’m also a lifelong athlete and a competitive youth soccer coach, which continues to shape my commitment to growth, resilience, and play.
