I specialize in trauma and neurodiversity, but am equipped and ready to support those in a major life transition or individuals with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. Working together, we can identify how to lighten your load and work towards your goals.
Military, Veterans, and First Responders will find I am an advocate for service members and their families. The unique challenges that burden those who volunteer for their communities and country are familiar to this Air Force Veteran.
Parents of children with autism and/or ADHD will find an experienced advocate and partner on the journey to build support.
I don't believe that any of us have all the answers, but there are those who stride before us who can light the path, illuminating options to empower personal choice.
