I have over 20 years of clinical Social Work experience with adults with a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, caregiving, and coping with chronic health conditions. I enjoy working from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy perspective, Mindfulness, and am IFS informed.
My practice is called Juniper Counseling Services. Really it was named after the family cat Juniper as she is beloved but also struggles with her own anxiety and difficulty with trust and has made an emotional journey of her own so she seemed a good mascot. But also, the Juniper tree symbolizes strength and resilience, qualities we all possess.
