I have been a Licensed Alcohol and Drug counselor since 2008 and completed my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2022. I work with couples and individuals ages 17 & older. My specialties are Anxiety, trauma, shame, attachment injuries, healing from the impacts of addiction, and couples work focusing on reducing protective responses & increasing strength and security of emotional connection in relationships.
I respect the dignity and worth of all identities and am LGBTQIA+ and culturally affirming. I use collaborative, attachment, somatic, and strength-based approaches, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems techniques among others. I have specialized training in DBT and EFT. I am certified in Brainspotting and Prepare/Enrich premarital work.
