The choice to seek out counseling isn’t easy, and I would love to be a part of that journey. As a therapist, I strive to provide a nonjudgmental atmosphere, and can help you to: identify internal strengths, develop and implement coping strategies, develop communication skills, process traumatic experiences, and more. I have additional training in somatic therapy, which I utilize to help build awareness and regulate the nervous system. Through continued training and learning I strive to provide those I work with the tools they need to build the future they want.

My expertise lies in individual and couples counseling with adults. I approach therapy from a person centered, existential, REBT, and EMDR lens helping clients to sort through expectations and life experiences. In therapy, you will be able to better connect with your body and nervous system, identify core beliefs, increase authenticity, and process trauma.

You are the only person who knows the exact details of every part of your life. It is my goal to help you sort through those facets of who you are to help you identify what is currently serving you and aiding towards your life goals and what isn’t.
