I help people reconnect with themselves and in their relationships- whether this is healing from an affair, finding the spark again, to figuring out what makes you feel happy and alive. I believe that we can heal from hurt and live a life we love, but we must reconnect with ourselves and others in order to find peace. I also enjoy working with woman who are pregnant or postpartum, as this can be an overwhelming, yet exciting time in life.
My practice focuses on helping couples and individuals heal from affairs and past hurt, to helping those who feeling lost, unhappy, overwhelmed, and disconnected find peace again. I am trained in evidenced-based models to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, and to improve relationship satisfaction.
