I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults by utilizing a variety of therapeutic methods including strength/coping skills building, CBT, mindfulness, and play therapy. I believe the counseling process encompasses encouraging growth in positivity, love, and fulfillment through the power of gentle guidance, empowerment, and empathetic understanding. Our work will encompass self-acceptance and self-esteem, mindfulness, anxiety/stress reduction, and life-change adjustment.
It is my passion to bring peace and wellness to children, teens, and young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, ASD, divorce, life-change adjustment, and more through positive self-esteem and coping skills building. Now more than ever, young people need unconditional positive regard, love, and support to grow in health and success.
I have worked with children and young people for the entirety of my career, and it has truly grown into a life-passion for me.
